Alok Aggarwal

CEO and Managing Director

An MBA professional, initially managing the family business of Steel Rolling Mill before venturing into Ozone. Sensing an opportunity in India's construction and infrastructure sector, he established Ozone in 1999. His vision and leadership have made Ozone India's leading Architectural Hardware Solutions provider. He established the company's state-of-the-art production facility in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh, and Ghiloth, Rajasthan, catering to both domestic and international markets. With joint ventures in Dubai, UAE and Australia, his vision of establishing Ozone as a global brand is coming to fruition.

Veena Arora

(Senior Vice President - Procurement and Product Development)

Veena Arora has been a key contributor to Ozone Overseas Pvt. Ltd. since 2006. As Vice President of Procurement and Product Development, she has been instrumental in shaping our product offerings and ensuring the highest quality standards across our portfolio. Her dedication to innovation and continuous improvement has led to significant range expansion, allowing us to offer a diverse selection of products tailored to evolving market needs.

Ajay Dua

Meet Ajay Dua, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of solid experience in the Global Financial Service Sector. He has led crucial business functions with sizable teams, overseeing areas like change management, business transformation, and restructuring. Through his efforts, he has made substantial impacts on business outcomes, working closely with the leadership teams, investors, board of directors, and external regulators to drive success.
